Our people are the engine behind our growth. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with excellent client relationship and project management skills.
- Project manage client implementations and training sessions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and answer client questions
- Establish key business metrics to track client performance
- Support the Sales team with pre- and post-sale activities
- Organize client events, including quarterly product feedback sessions
- Strong knowledge of the online video industry
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
- Experience with social data analytics suites, especially YouTube Analytics
- Great problem-solving ability
- Incredible attention to detail and follow through
